Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Thottam — the web app, the installed app on your phone, and the dryer tools.
1.Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using Thottam you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2.Who can use Thottam
Thottam is a tool for running a farm or curing unit business. You must be 18 or older to open an account.
3.Your account
You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for keeping that account secure.
You are responsible for what is entered under your account, including by anyone you give access to.
4.Free trial and Pro plan
Every new farm gets a 6-month free trial from the day setup is finished. Everything is open during the trial.
When the trial ends, the account turns view only: your records stay visible, but new entries and edits are blocked until you move to Pro. Nothing is deleted.
Pro costs ₹100 per month. You request it from Account & Plan inside the app; we contact you to settle payment directly, and the account is switched to Pro once it is approved. There is no automatic online billing.

5.Your data
The farm records you enter remain yours. We store and process them to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You can ask us for a copy of your records at any time, and if you stop paying, your records stay readable in your view-only account. Deleting the account deletes the records with it.
6.Acceptable use
You must not break the law with the service, attempt to reach records that are not yours, disrupt the service, or resell it without our permission.
7.Availability and accuracy
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Yields, totals and reports are calculated from what you enter, and are not financial, agricultural or legal advice.
8.Limitation of liability

9.Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; where reasonable, we will warn you first. You can close your own account at any time by contacting us, and your records are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. Meaningful changes take effect from that date.
